Is Global Warming the New Oppressive Ideology?

I am starting to see an alarming trend in this whole Global Warming obsession/ideology. There is no room for debate or questioning. It is now ( according to the Global Warming proponents) a done deal, climate change is entirely a result of human activities. Either agree or be vilified and ruined..... Debate over..... Period.

There are actually anti-global warming questioning laws in some countries , where you could actually get fined or if you are vociferous enough, actually go to prison just for being a "denier". This is scary, especially over a theory that might have some truth to it...... or not.

During the 1970's many of these same climate laboratories were raising the red flag that we were going into an ICE AGE. The claim was made at that time that we had experienced a COOLING period over the past century. That is right, Global Cooling. Now we are all about to be lit under the fire of Hades!!!

Actually, it seems to me that the Earth goes under heating and cooling cycles over the span of decades and centuries. The last heating cycle, which seemed to start in the early '80's and reached it's peak in the late 90's was certainly a bad one. HOWEVER, it following an approximately 2.5 to 3 decade cooling period that was especially harsh that ended in the late 70's. Therefore over the long run it evened things out.

Don't tell that to the global warming crowd. They will denigrate you in every way possible. We now must use light bulbs that contain mercury and just plain don't work . We must now pay much higher prices for all of our energy, just when a global deep recession will more than likely make wages (for those still employed) stagnant, or even declining for many years to come. We must now start driving unsafe light underpowered "cars" that pretty much no one would want if they weren't forced upon them. Or start riding our bicycles in the snow (Pretty dangerous for me since I have to go down a mile and a half long steep hill on my 12 mile journey to work every day.) Or take public transportation. (Don't have that either, besides I seriously doubt it would be running at 3:30 A.M., which is when I am on my way to work).

All of this on what is still a theory, not a truth. Quite honestly, it just seems to be a way to keep control of and keep an eye on the entire population. It is also a way to control the wealth. Make more money, be able to afford the finer things in life (most of which require more energy) and we will take more money away from you. So in other words, in a back door way they are introducing at least Socialism or maybe even Communism to our society.

So therefore, Global Warming is the next oppressive ideology. You have an ideology that tolerates no dissent. You have an ideology that makes a person poorer regardless of how hard they work. You have an ideology that has the government telling you the individual and the corporations of this country what to do and how to live under threat of penalty. Basically you have an ideology that is very much related to the past oppressive ideologies whether that is Communism, Socialism, Nazism, Monarchism etc.... Only worse...... This oppressive ideology purports to "Save the World for future generations".

Be scared, VERY scared!!!
